On Friday, Dec. 14, 20 elementary school students, aged six to seven years old, as well as six administrators and teachers were shot and killed at Sandy Hook Elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut. It is the second worst shooting the nation has witnessed since Columbine. As the community mourns the loss of innocent lives, the nation grieves with them. On Sunday, an interfaith memorial service was held in remembrance, and our prayers and thoughts are with families of those whose lives were lost in the tragic incident.
