Spanish literature to indispensible records mixed with local coffee and breakfast tacos, The Wild Detectives provides a comforting environment for a relaxing date. It is a bookstore with an attached cafe, outdoor eating area, author readings and music. This is the perfect place to go for new reads and new eats.
Trinity Groves: 3011 Gulden Lane, Dallas, Texas 75212
Trinity Groves is a chain of different delicious restaurants such as Saint Rocco’s New York Italian, Sushi Bayashi, Chino Chinatown, and much more. Along with all these restaurants you can enjoy the view of downtown Dallas and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, that can either be a great background to your dinner or a memorable photo opportunity.
iCream Cafe: 9250 Dallas Parkway #150, Frisco, Texas 75033
iCream Cafe is an ice cream shop where you can create your own ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet, hot pudding, or shake from scratch in the store. The instore sweet liquid nitrogen machine freezes up your treat and makes it into a dessert. It’s a fun experience and a different take on ice cream for a date.
Perot Museum of Nature and Science: 2201 N. Field St, Dallas, Texas 75201
The Perot has many interactive activities throughout the museum that would make any date interesting and enjoyable. Unlike the uneventful visit to a normal museum, this will keep even the most childish couple entertained.
Galleria Ice Skating Rink: 13350 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75240
Ice skating is a romantic date the can be enjoyable, especially around the holiday times when the rink is decorated for the season. In the colder weather of February, you can bundle up and stay in cute clothes at the rink.
Urban Air Trampoline Park: 10570 John W. Elliott Dr. #900, Frisco, Texas 75033
If you want to get active on your date, the trampoline park would be an ideal place to go. With trampolines all around, even on the walls, get prepared to jump high with your date.
Inwood Theatre: Inwood Village, 5458 W Lovers Lane, Dallas, Texas 75209
An alternate take on the basic movie date, the Inwood Theatre is full of couches and bean bags so couples can have the most comfortable experience while watching a movie. Instead of the stiff chairs at most theatres, it is much easier to cuddle up with your date and enjoy the cheaper rates at Inwood.
