The New Translating Ear Buds
December 8, 2016
The fear of not being able to communicate with others in foreign countries is starting to diminish. Pilot earbuds are a new groundbreaking technology that is breaking down language barriers. The earbuds can translate languages from someone speaking to you into the language you speak.
For only $300 and eventually less, you can order a pair of Pilot earbuds and connect with the diverse world. After one of the founders fell in love with a girl he could not communicate with because he spoke a different language, he decided to team up with engineers and industrial designers to create an easy way to talk to his girlfriend. It took two years of research, but Waverly Labs finally designed wireless earbuds that takes someone’s words and translates it back to you in your ears. There is an app that is connected with the earbuds to determine which language you want everything to be translated in.
The Pilot app will be released later in 2016. The app can be used as a normal phone translator without the earbuds that is similar to Google’s translating app. The actual earbuds come out in May 2017. Although shipping is estimated to take longer, the purchaser should receive the earbuds mid to end of 2017. Language barriers are going to become less difficult to overcome, and people might become more connected with others of other cultures.
