Ghost Lollipops

This frightfully cute way to decorate lollipops goes from a simple candy to a Halloween-themed treat.

Materials:

  • tissue paper squares
  • A lollipop
  • A ribbon of your choice
  • Sharpie

How To:

  1. Place a lollipop in the center of two tissue paper squares
  2. Tie a ribbon around the tissue paper wrapping the lollipop inside
  3. Add a cute little ghost face

Halloween Mason Jar Lanterns

These spooky mason jars are the perfect way to light up any Halloween party.

Materials:

  • A Mason Jar of any size
  • Spray paint (purple or orange)
  • Black Sharpie
  • Tea light candles
  • Newspaper

How To:

  1. Cover your workspace with newspaper
  2. Spray paint the inside and outside of the mason jar
  3. Decorate the jars with Halloween scenes once the jars are dry
  4. Put the tea lights in your mason jar

Harry Potter Floating Candles

Transform your home into the Great Hall of Hogwarts with these floating candles. Enchant your guests with these magical candlesticks.

Materials:

  • Paper towel tubes
  • LED tealights
  • White paint
  • Thumbtack
  • Fishing line
  • Hot glue
  • Paint brush
  • White paper
  • Gluestick

How To:

  1. Paint the paper towel tubes white
  2. Hot glue a wax drip pattern around one end of tube
  3. Paint wax drip white once dry
  4. Punch two holes across from eachother at the top of your tube
  5. String the fishing line through the holes in order to make your candlestick “float”
  6. Secure the tealight in the top of the tube
  7. Glue a circle of white paper to the bottom of the tube

  • Plastic bugs
  • Metallic gold paint
  • Black paint
  • Paint brushes
  • Glue
  • Wooden plaques

How To:

  1. Paint the wooden plaques black
  2. Paint the plastic bugs gold
  3. Glue the bugs to the plaques

  • Witch hats

  • Sewing needle

How To:

  1. Use needle to string fishing line through witch hat
  2. Tie fishing line around tealights to light up the hats
  3. Hang your hats
